I know what it's like to search for the right support workers - because I've been there myself.
As both a parent and a service provider, I understand the challenges and everyday realities that families with additional needs face.
I have a daughter with a rare type of epilepsy with seizures, autism and intellectual disability, and I personally use support workers for my family too. That's why I am committed to connecting families with skilled, compassionate support workers who make a real difference.
In Japanese, "en" means a circle and a connection. It represents the bonds that bring people together - connecting the right support workers with the right families, and including everyone in a supportive, caring circle.
